1. Am I guaranteed to receive all of my pet's cremains back?
   

   Yes. If you choose to have an individual cremation all of your pet's ashes will be returned to you.

2. How do I get my pet to you?
   
   Just call Treasured Friends and we will pick up your pet any time  of day (24/7).
   
3. Can I visit the Crematorium?
   
   Yes - you are welcome to visit the crematorium. We do ask that you call first to check our hours.
   
   
4. What can I do with my pet's ashes?
   
   We will deliver your pet's ashes to you in an urn so that you may keep them in a place of honor, bury them or scatter them in a favorite place.
5. Can I view my pet's service?
   
   For an additional fee, we offer use of the Treasured Friends Farewell Room to say your final goodbyes to your Beloved Pet and viewing of your pet entering the crematorium.
